NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING CONTINUANCE TO A DATE CERTAIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., the Lower Heidelberg Township Zoning Hearing Board convened a virtual public hearing on the Application filed by David Thun with respect to property located at 67 Evans Hill Road, Lower Heidelberg Township (the “Property”), which Application was subsequently amended. The Property is situate in an A-1 Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. Applicant seeks variance relief of Section 400.4.l. of the Southwestern Berks County Zoning Ordinance of 2009, as amended, in order to subdivide a 4.706 acre tract from Applicant’s approximate 66.88 acre parcel. The Board continued this hearing and scheduled this matter for a public hearing thereon to be held virtually on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All persons with an interest in the relief requested are invited to attend the hearing by using the Zoom platform. The virtual hearing attendance information is available at the Township Building, on the Township’s website, www.lowerheidelbergtownship.org, or by calling the Township office
The Applicant and all other parties in interest who participate in this virtual hearing will have an opportunity to be heard. A decision on the relief requested may be announced at the conclusion of the Hearing, or at a later date to be announced at that time. The Board may also consider other business brought before it at the date and time of the Hearing.
